We are looking to grow in a few ways. The two areas are as follow:

Estimator/Sales Person

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with construction estimating experience, specifically in the polished concrete industry would be a big plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong network they bring with them. You should be comfortable doing digital as well as long hand take-offs. You should be familiar with a set of prints and how to quickly find the information you are looking for. This position requires some cold calls to expand the network and take on new customers. It is expected that you have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role and require little training. We will provide a private office in our building. This position has a base salary with excellent bonus potential. There will be no ceiling on the amount of money you can make. The responsibilities include and are not limited to:
  • Digital take-offs and long hand take-offs
  • Onsite meetings for bids
  • Pre-construction meetings
  • Scheduling Material quantifying including materials and labor
  • Some cold calls to procure new customers

Crew Member

We are seeking a hard working, driven, individual with great work ethic. We expect you to be on time, ready to work, clean with good hygiene and ready to work every day. You will have to have dependable transportation and a good drivers license. We are specifically looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year experience polishing concrete. We pay competitive wage rates and offer incentive’s that are production based.

The responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Operating a planetary grinder
  • Operating a hand grinder and edge grinder
  • Operating a burnisher
  • Repairing and patching concrete
  • Applying grout
  • Applying chemical (densifier, sealer, urethane etc)
  • Applying stain

General Laborer

We are seeking motivated individuals to join the team and for this position no experience is required. The ideal person will want to work each day, be able to retain information and skills taught, focus on the task at hand and have basic understanding of janitorial work. This position will require some material handling, cleaning, loading and unloading equipment, setting up and breaking down a job, general cleaning throughout the day, masking walls with tape and plastic and many other basic tasks. This role will receive on the job training and will work with the crew to accomplish the task at hand.

Each job has its own obstacles. There is opportunity to move up from this role with time and training. Competitive pay. Drivers license and transportation required.
